AMC contracts

appliance sales
, and
rental solutions
across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
Sell air conditioners, home appliances, AMC contracts, and rental packages
Build business with:
Vacation home operators
Restaurants & cafe chains
Facility & property management firms
Contractors & procurement buyers
Appliance brands (outsourced services)
Insurance & claim management firms
Private villa owners
Exhibition & event companies
Customize AMC & rental proposals for each customer segment
Source and contact procurement and service heads
Convert B2B leads into service contracts or bulk orders
Maintain strong post-sale follow-up for client retention and referrals
Mandatory Experience
Minimum 2 years in Business Development in a Facilities Management company
Experience in the HVAC or Home Appliances industry
Familiarity with AMC and rental contract development
Strong understanding of appliance categories and service models
Critical Skills
Energetic and enthusiastic - enjoys being on the move
Confident in cold calling and initiating B2B conversations
Strong lead generation and list-building abilities
Skilled in using Google, B2B directories, and LinkedIn
Excellent follow-up habits and CRM discipline
Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven
