Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities for ELV and IT Security Systems (CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, Intercom, PA Systems, etc.)
Meet and exceed sales targets by actively pursuing leads and converting them into clients.
Conduct site visits, client meetings, and product presentations.
Prepare and deliver technical proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
Collaborate with the design and technical teams to ensure alignment of client requirements and proposed solutions.
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize revenue.
Maintain relationships with key clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, IT, or a related field.
Minimum 1-3 years of proven sales experience in ELV / Security Systems / IT Solutions in the UAE or GCC market.
Strong knowledge of security systems such as CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Alarm, and related technologies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
Valid UAE driving license (preferred or required).
Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
