--to professionals in the construction and interior industries. This is a client-facing role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction and building materials industry
Promote and sell products to
architects, interior designers, contractors, consultants, and real estate developers
Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
Understand client needs and provide customized product recommendations and technical advice
Prepare and deliver professional sales proposals, conduct negotiations, and close deals effectively
Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and market trends
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely product delivery and high-quality after-sales service
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
Proven experience in
project-based sales within the building materials industry
is required
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Highly self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong knowledge of
construction project cycles
and local UAE market dynamics
