, to key stakeholders in the construction and real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, approach, and develop new business opportunities within the construction and building materials sector.
Promote and sell products to
contractors, architects, consultants, interior designers, and real estate developers
.
Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing clients.
Provide tailored solutions and expert advice to meet client project needs.
Prepare and deliver professional sales proposals, negotiate pricing, and close deals effectively.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market insights.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, timely deliveries, and reliable after-sales support.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in
Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field
.
Proven experience in project sales
within the building materials industry (tiles, marble, paints, sanitaryware, or lighting).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Highly self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Familiarity with
construction project cycles
and local market trends.
Valid
driver's license
and access to a personal vehicle (preferred).
