Rukan Albait Technical Services L.L.C is looking for a dynamic and results-driven
Sales Executive
to promote and sell our range of technical and maintenance services across Dubai. This role excludes aluminum, glass, and steel-related work and will focus on building strong customer relationships in residential and commercial sectors.
Identify and approach potential clients across residential, commercial, and facility management sectors.
Present company services, prepare quotations, and close deals.
Conduct site visits to understand client needs and propose suitable solutions.
Follow up with leads, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with operations team to ensure smooth project execution.
Meet monthly sales targets and generate regular reports for management.
Requirements:
2-5 years of experience in sales in the UAE technical or maintenance services sector.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of technical services
UAE driving license is highly preferred.
Must be currently available in the UAE for face-to-face interview and immediate joining.
