We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Sales Executive Building Material

to join our team specializing in building materials.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients in the construction and building industry.

Key Responsibilities:



Sales and Business Development:



Identify and target new customers in the building materials sector. Promote and sell the company's range of building materials to contractors, architects, developers, and other stakeholders. Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.

Client Relationship Management:



Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Market Research and Strategy:



Conduct market research to identify potential customers, trends, and opportunities. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets.

Product Knowledge:



Stay updated on product features, benefits, and competitive advantages. Provide technical guidance to clients regarding the proper use and application of building materials.

Negotiation and Contracts:



Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate pricing, and close deals. Ensure proper documentation of sales contracts and agreements.

Reporting and Coordination:



Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and performance metrics. Collaborate with the internal team to ensure timely delivery and after-sales support.

Qualifications and Skills:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in sales, preferably in building materials or construction-related industries. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Knowledge of the local market and industry trends is an advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
