As a Sales Executive your will be responsible for identifying and pursuing business opportunities, selling building contracting services (e.g., construction of villas, high-rise buildings, commercial complexes, or renovations), and building long-term client relationships to meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development
:
Prospect and generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry events.
Identify potential clients for construction projects.
Client Relationship Management
:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and project consultants.
Understand client requirements and propose customized building solutions, such as turnkey construction, fit-outs, or refurbishments.
Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and secure repeat or referral business.
Sales and Tendering
:
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
Participate in tendering processes, including preparing bids and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) in collaboration with estimation teams.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms to balance client needs with company profitability.
Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Coordination with Internal Teams
:
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and quantity surveyors to develop accurate cost estimates and project timelines.
Ensure client specifications are clearly communicated to operational teams for seamless project execution.
Support clients during the project lifecycle by addressing concerns and facilitating smooth communication.
Market and Competitor Analysis
:
Monitor construction industry trends, such as sustainable building practices or smart technologies, to position the company competitively.
Analyze competitor offerings and pricing to develop effective sales strategies.
Stay informed about UAE regulations, such as Dubai Municipality building codes, and market dynamics.
Documentation and Reporting
:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and contracts.
Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and market insights for management.
Ensure all sales agreements comply with company policies and local regulations.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Education
: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
Experience
: 2-5 years of sales experience, ideally in building contracting/construction in UAE.
Skills
:
Strong sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
Basic understanding of construction processes, materials, and project delivery (e.g., design-build, turnkey projects).
Familiarity with tendering, BOQs, and contract documentation.
Excellent communication and presentation skills (English fluency required; proficiency in Arabic will be highly advantageous).
Results-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

: Valid UAE driver's license.
Work Environment:
Fast-paced, target-driven role with occasional extended hours to meet client or tender deadlines.

: AED 3,000-5,000 per month in the UAE, depending on experience.
