Job Description

Position Title: Sales Executive - Building Materials & Contracting Services

We are looking for motivated and experienced Sales Executives with a strong background in the UAE retail sector. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, highly communicative, and passionate about selling building materials and contracting solutions. Prior experience in similar industries is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Generation

Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences. Present products and services effectively, emphasizing key features and benefits. Recommend suitable solutions to drive conversions. Achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets.
Customer Service

Deliver exceptional service by handling inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction. Build strong relationships through attentive and personalized interactions. Guide customers throughout the buying process.
Product Knowledge

Stay informed about the company's product portfolio. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of specifications, pricing, and applications. Educate customers on installation and maintenance.
Operational Support

Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor. Collaborate with team members for smooth operations. Assist in inventory tasks like restocking and stocktaking.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Proven experience in a Sales Executive or Associate role within UAE retail. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus). Familiarity with home building materials and contracting services preferred. UAE driving license is an advantage. Team-oriented with strong problem-solving and time management skills.
