Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell new and/or used vehicles to customers
Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles
Conduct showroom and outdoor sales activities
Explain vehicle features, pricing, financing, and after-sales services
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain strong relationships with customers and follow up on leads
Prepare quotations, sales agreements, and related documentation
Coordinate with internal departments for vehicle delivery and registration
Maintain accurate customer and sales records
Mandatory Requirements
Fluency in Hindi - VERY STRICTLY MANDATORY (both spoken and written)
Minimum
1-3 years of experience
in automobile or vehicle sales
Good communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
Target-oriented and self-motivated personality
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems)
Preferred Qualifications
