Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential customers and generate leads through showroom walk-ins, calls, and online channels.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles and features.
Conduct product demonstrations, test drives, and explain vehicle specifications in detail.
Negotiate prices, prepare quotations, and facilitate the sales process until delivery.
Maintain strong product knowledge of all models, variants, and automotive market trends.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business.
Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with the finance, insurance, and delivery teams for smooth transactions.
Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities in CRM or sales logs.
Attend training sessions and stay updated on new vehicle launches.
Requirements:
2 to 5 years of
automobile sales experience
(showroom or field).
Strong knowledge of vehicle features, specifications, and automotive market trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Presentable personality with a customer-friendly approach.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
