Key Responsibilities
Handle
counter sales and telephone inquiries
for automobile spare parts.
Identify and recommend the correct spare parts based on
vehicle model, chassis number, and technical specifications
.
Prepare
quotations, sales orders, and invoices
accurately.
Build and maintain strong relationships with
retail customers, workshops, dealers, and fleet clients
.
Achieve monthly
sales targets and profitability goals
.
Coordinate with the
procurement and warehouse teams
to ensure product availability.
Monitor inventory and report
fast-moving, slow-moving, and obsolete parts
.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of
automotive parts, pricing trends, and competitor activities
.
Assist in after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Handle
returns, exchanges, and warranty-related spare parts claims
.
Skills & Qualifications
Minimum
2-5 years of experience
in
automobile spare parts sales
Strong knowledge of
Japanese, Korean, Chines, and European vehicle spare parts
.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Ability to read and understand
parts catalogs, EPC systems, and vehicle technical data
.
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/Inventory software.
Valid UAE driving license is an added advantage.
