Alrafee Development Company is seeking a motivated and professional
Arabic-speaking female Sales Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new project leads, building relationships with consultants, and promoting our contracting and fit-out services in the Qatari market.
Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential clients.
Promote the company's services in contracting and interior works.
Schedule and attend meetings with consultants and stakeholders.
Maintain and grow client relationships.
Coordinate with the technical team for proposals and quotations.
Follow up on leads to convert them into actual projects.
Requirements:
Female, Arabic nationality preferred.
Currently based in Qatar .
Previous experience in sales or business development.
Experience in the
construction or interior fit-out
sector is a strong advantage.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Presentable, self-driven, and result-oriented.
Valid Qatari driving license is a plus.
