Job Overview



We're hiring enthusiastic Sales Executives to join our client engagement team. Your role will focus on introducing individuals to international training opportunities, skill-building programmes, and personalised service packages designed to support their professional goals abroad.

Key Responsibilities



Contact and follow up with individuals interested in overseas training and professional support programmes. Present our service packages clearly and confidently over phone, WhatsApp, and email. Assess client goals and recommend suitable services based on their needs. Maintain organised records using CRM tools and track sales performance. Work closely with the advisory team to coordinate consultations and onboarding. Meet weekly and monthly performance targets. Maintain a professional, confidential approach in all communications.

Requirements



Experience in telesales or service-based sales (education, training, or consultancy sectors preferred). Strong communication and persuasion skills. Confidence in handling client objections and converting leads into enrolments. Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems. Driven, positive, and target-focused personality. Available to start immediately is an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
