Job Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for generating new leads, building strong client relationships, and closing sales. This role is perfect for a passionate sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute directly to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Proactively generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, digital channels, and following up on marketing-generated inquiries. Client Meetings: Conduct professional and consultative meetings (in-person and virtual) with potential clients to understand their business needs. Solution Presentation: Present and articulate our portfolio of business setup services (Freezone, Mainland, Offshore) effectively, tailoring solutions to client requirements. Sales Closing: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to negotiation and closing of deals. CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, client communications, and pipeline in the company's CRM system. Market Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the UAE's business landscape and regulatory requirements to provide expert advice to clients. Target Achievement: Strive to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications & Experience:

A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a B2B sales or client-facing role. Experience in the service industry is essential; prior experience in business setup, consulting, or real estate is a strong advantage. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. A proven track record of achieving sales targets. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills. Self-motivated, ambitious, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team. A valid UAE driving license is a significant advantage.
