Key Responsibilities
Actively promote Zahara Education's programs and services to prospective students and parents.
Handle inquiries, follow-ups, and convert leads into enrollments.
Manage admissions processes, records, and day-to-day administrative tasks.
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, events, and outreach activities.
Provide exceptional customer service to maintain strong client relationships.
Prepare regular sales and administrative reports for management review.
Coordinate with teaching staff and management to support smooth operations.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience (2+ years) in
sales

customer service
, or
educational administration
.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
