Position Overview
InterContinental Dubai Festival City is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive - MICE to join its events and hospitality sales team. The role focuses on managing Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions while ensuring seamless event coordination and client satisfaction. Based in one of Dubai's premier luxury hotel clusters, this position offers an opportunity to develop strong relationships with corporate clients and contribute to the success of large-scale business events and luxury gatherings.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage MICE bookings from inquiry to final event execution ensuring smooth coordination and guest satisfaction
• Collaborate with the sales team to deliver tailored solutions that exceed client expectations
• Coordinate with departments such as banquet, catering, audio-visual, and housekeeping for seamless event delivery
• Liaise with external vendors and contractors to ensure event requirements are met
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients to encourage repeat business
• Ensure all financial procedures, including billing and payments, are completed accurately
• Follow hotel safety standards and operational policies during event management
• Provide performance reports and updates on MICE business activities to the Director of Convention Sales

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum one year of experience in MICE sales or event operations within a luxury hotel
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel management systems
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain professionalism in fast-paced environments
