Key Responsibilities
Actively seek and develop
new business opportunities
within the fit-out and acoustic solutions sectors.
Build and maintain
strong professional relationships
with architects, consultants, contractors, and end clients.
Conduct
client visits, project presentations, and product demonstrations
to communicate value and project alignment.
Collaborate with internal
technical, design, and estimation teams
to deliver customized solutions.
Prepare and follow up on
quotations, technical submittals, and proposals
.
Consistently achieve or exceed
sales targets
and support the company's growth objectives.
Stay informed on
industry trends, competitor activity, and new product innovations
.
Maintain accurate
sales activity records
and provide regular performance updates to management.
Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
2-4 years of sales experience in
fit-out or acoustic solutions
within the UAE.
License:
Valid UAE Driver's License
is mandatory.
Strong
sales, communication, and negotiation
skills.
Excellent
client engagement and relationship-building
abilities.
Familiarity with
architectural drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications
is a plus.
