Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the interior fit-out and acoustic solutions market.
Build and nurture strong professional relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, and key decision-makers.
Conduct client meetings, site visits, and product presentations to showcase solutions and secure projects.
Coordinate with internal technical and design teams to deliver customized proposals and technical submittals.
Prepare, negotiate, and follow up on quotations, tenders, and commercial contracts.
Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the company's overall growth.
Track market developments, competitor activities, and industry trends to identify new opportunities.
Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales performance updates to management.
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or a related field.
2-4 years of UAE-based sales experience
in fit-out or acoustic product solutions.
Valid UAE driving license
is mandatory.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, BOQs, and technical documents (preferred).
Proficiency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.
