Job Description

We are seeking a motivated

Sales Executive with accounting knowledge

to join our team in Dubai. The role requires a candidate who has 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the accounting or financial services sector, and basic knowledge of accounts. Candidates with own visa/sponsor visa will be prioritized.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business opportunities for accounting, bookkeeping, and related financial services. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction. Meet and exceed sales targets set by management. Conduct meetings and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting company services. Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and contracts for clients. Coordinate with the accounting team to ensure client requirements are understood and delivered. Maintain an updated database of leads, prospects, and customer interactions. Support marketing and promotional activities to increase brand awareness. Stay updated with UAE market trends, VAT compliance, and accounting service needs. Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field. 1-2 years of sales experience in Dubai/UAE (experience in accounting/financial services preferred). Basic understanding of accounting principles and UAE VAT is a must. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently. Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM tools is an advantage. Fluency in English is required (Arabic/Hindi is an added advantage).
