Answer the phones to assist customers in a friendly, helpful and prompt manner Prepare the Rental Agreement Folder with all required information
Assist and coordinate customers within the queue to minimize any wait time and promote the most efficient service method as required
Review all charges at the time of vehicle return
Review rental parameters with all customers to ensure a complete understanding of our rates and service charges
Ensure that the return date and time on the rental agreement is accurate
Assist customers by effectively resolving all customer service issues
Use company approved sales and service techniques when determining customer needs
Qualify each customer using our company rental requirement guidelines
Work in a fast paced sales environment, providing helpful, quality service and sales, while enhancing the customer's rental experience
Maintain appearance appropriate for providing best in class customer service in accordance with established guidelines
Achieve personal sales goals while supporting the goals of the team
Education & Qualifications:
1-3 years exp in car rental industry in similar role in UAE
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of car rental industry and applicable laws and regulations
Familiarity with rental software

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
