Key Responsibilities:
1. Target-Driven Performance
You'll be expected to hit and surpass aggressive monthly and quarterly sales targets through a disciplined, high-output approach. No passengers--only performers.
2. Aggressive Field Sales Execution
This is not a desk job. You'll be in the market--visiting client offices, construction sites, trade events, and any place where business can be won. You believe deals are made face-to-face, and you thrive in the hustle.
3. Strategic Client Acquisition
You know how to spot a high-value opportunity from a mile away. From first contact to closing the deal, you present tailored mobility solutions that make business sense and lock in long-term clients.
4. Sector Expertise
You understand the unique transport and fleet demands of industries like construction, real estate, and hospitality--and you know how to sell into them effectively.
5. Commercial Intelligence
You're sharp on the market--tracking competitor pricing, client behavior, and industry shifts to stay ahead of the curve and adjust your sales strategy in real time.
6. Internal Collaboration & Delivery Oversight
Sales doesn't end at the signature. You'll work cross-functionally with operations, logistics, and finance to make sure every promise made is delivered without fail.
7. Full Sales Cycle Management
You own the process--from prospecting and pitching to quoting, negotiating, and closing. You don't pass the baton--you run the entire race.
Requirements:
Presentable and Confident:
Strong personal presentation and confidence in dealing with high-profile clients.
Excellent Communication Skills:
Exceptional verbal and written communication, with a persuasive and customer-focused approach.
Negotiation Skills:
Ability to navigate complex negotiations and close high-value deals.
Sales Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the automotive, luxury, or car rental industry.
Proactive and Self-Motivated:
A go-getter who thrives in a performance-driven environment.
Market Knowledge:
Solid understanding of the UAE market, especially within the car rental industry or solely cars.
