The Role

We're hiring a Sales Engineer.

This role involves working directly with clients, suggesting technical solutions, and supporting the sales process for pool systems, upgrades, and maintenance projects, to ensure our proposals meet both technical standards and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Meet with prospective clients to assess their needs for new swimming pools, system upgrades, or maintenance services.

Perform site visits and develop solutions for both pools.

Prepare clear, detailed technical offers and quotations.

Provide a full technical handover to the operations team to ensure smooth delivery after the sale is closed.

What We're Looking For

Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in a sales engineering or technical sales role, ideally in the swimming pool, MEP, or water treatment within the UAE.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or any related fileld

Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of hydraulics, filtration, and pool equipment; /familiarity with AutoCAD or similar tools is a plus/.

Communication: Able to simplify technical information for non-technical clients; confident presenter and relationship-builder.

License: Must hold a valid UAE driving license.

Compensation

Competitive base salary plus performance-based incentives tied to project wins and revenue targets.
