Job Description

We are hiring a Civil Engineer - Swimming Pools. The ideal candidate will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth execution of projects within the construction division, requiring a combination of technical knowledge, communication skills, and project management expertise.

Key Responsibilities:



1. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of

multiple projects.

2. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.

3. Ensure resource availability and allocation.

4. Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.

5. Manage the relationship with relevant stakeholders.

6. Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets,

and experience levels.

7. Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on

financial analysis.

8. Developing and managing a detailed project schedule and work plan.

Requirements:



2-3 years of experience in the swimming pools and landscape industry, preferably in a Civil Engineer role.

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.

Proficient in conducting on-site measurements and assessments.

A valid UAE driver's license

is a must.

Must Be G + 1 DM Approved Engineer

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
