Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced professional who can secure shutdown and maintenance jobs from major industrial clients. The candidate should have strong industry connections and a proven track record of obtaining contracts in shutdown and maintenance projects within the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, develop, and secure shutdown and maintenance projects from key clients. Maintain strong relationships with major industrial clients such as

EGA, EMAL, DUBAL, Emirates Steel, Dry Docks Dubai, ADNOC

, and similar organizations. Liaise with clients during pre-qualification, tendering, and negotiation stages. Coordinate with internal teams for project planning, costing, and execution support. Track market trends, upcoming shutdowns, and maintenance opportunities. Ensure compliance with client requirements, safety standards, and contractual obligations. Achieve assigned business development and revenue targets.

Required Experience & Skills:

5-10 years

of relevant experience in

Shutdown & Maintenance projects

. Strong client network within heavy industry, oil & gas, steel, aluminum, and marine sectors. Proven ability to secure contracts and generate business from large industrial clients. Sound knowledge of tendering procedures, commercial negotiations, and contracts. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Ability to work independently and deliver results under pressure.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
