Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible to achieve business revenue generation by specification, marketing, and sales cycle management of all products as defined by your reporting senior that is within the range of the group Company for the territory assigned in major upcoming projects.

- Responsible for representing by way of marketing activities all our products to consultants, clients, and customers and getting them specified in upcoming projects.

- Take active participation during field events such as conferences, seminars, etc. in the development of clientele for our range of products.

- Responding to Consultant, Client, and Customer needs by designing & identifying systems, undertaking technical discussions, and products, generating inquiries, and facilitating closing orders.

- Making technical presentations and demonstrating how our products meet client needs.

- Maintain continuous contact with consultants, clients, and customers over the phone, email, or in person to ensure business development and attain sales targets for the organization specified.

- Maintaining records of consultant/client communication and recording the sales cycle activity in SAP or other ERP system designated to facilitate internal communication systems.

- Working with the engineering/production team to ensure development schedules and deliveries are being met as per required specifications.

- Monitoring and keeping track of upcoming, quoted projects and current projects.

- Inquiry management and closure reporting; the win-loss ratio on sales for projects specified and unspecified under your scope.

- Coordinating with their team and managing them, to ensure compliance on the technical product selections and pricing tools to facilitate the right products to be presented to the customers.

- Closely involve in developing marketing/sales strategies and relationships to capture premium accounts.

- Will take complete responsibility for the sales and marketing performance and profits/losses of the business revenues entrusted under your scope of management and territory.

- Should be willing to undertake travel to explore business opportunities in new and untapped territories.

- Maintaining a working relationship at all levels of the Company and goodwill, and respect at the corporate level.

Job Requirements:

- Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience as a Sales Engineer in the UAE.

- Duct Heater sales experience is a must.

- Electrical Panels sales experience is a must - DB and SMDB / MDB 3 (Main Distribution Board (MDB), Sub Main Distribution Boards (SMDBs), and Final Distribution Boards).

- Fire Cabinet sales experience.

- HVAC Building materials sales experience.

- Adequate knowledge of sheet metal products.

- Qualification: Electrical Engineer is preferred though not a must.

- UAE Driving license is a must.

- Strong selling skills are a must.
