Key responsibilities: 1. Strategic Planning & Sales .Present project scope proposal and contracts to appropriate clients and involved consultants within deadlines. . Achieving Revenue Target. Review financial statements, sales or activity reports to measure productivity, goal achievement and to identify areas needing cost reduction or program improvement. Direct activities of businesses or departments concerned with the production, pricing, sales or distribution of products. . Revenue and collection. . Develops and Manages sales marketing operating budgets. . Customer Visits. . Stock planning in line with sales.

2. Execution and Costing . Prepare design according to product performance. . Maintain and follow up project schedules by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, resolving existing and risen issue. . Prepare and approve required materials with external consultant involved.

3. Admin and Departmental Coordination . Coordinates between sales department and other sales related units. . Direct and Coordinate activities of businesses or departments concerned with the production, pricing, sales, or distribution of products. Direct administrative activities directly related to providing services.

4. Customer relationship . Represent company in trade association meetings to promote brand/product. . Meets with key clients to maintain relationship and closing deals.

5. Management Information system . Prepares market activity reports and presents to the HOD

6. Leads & initiatives . Ensure database of potential leads is maintained and updated for the year and also future planning in line with budget is submitted. . Finding out new avenues of Revenue Stream.

Requirements: . Technical knowledge on Commercial kitchen and laundry equipment. . Mechanical Engineer. . Excellent selling skills and with a similar experience of 10 to 15 years . GCC License
