We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer / Project Manager to join our team for ongoing and upcoming ADNOC projects.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead and manage civil construction and maintenance projects from start to finish. Coordinate project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet deadlines and budget targets. Ensure compliance with ADNOC standards, safety protocols, and quality control procedures. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders. Conduct regular site inspections, supervise labor force, and resolve on-site issues promptly. Review and approve project drawings, technical specifications, and material submissions. Prepare progress reports and project documentation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Proven experience in managing civil building and maintenance projects, especially with ADNOC standards. Strong knowledge of ADNOC construction and safety standards. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP) are a plus. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera, or other project management software.

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience in civil engineering, building construction, and maintenance. Demonstrated experience working on ADNOC projects is highly preferred.
