. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, handling technical proposals, managing tenders, and ensuring compliance with client and Civil Defence requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Develop new business opportunities in
fire stopping and passive fire protection services
.
Prepare and submit
technical & commercial proposals, tenders, and quotations
.
Handle
client meetings, site visits, and technical presentations
.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and Civil Defence authorities for approvals.
Source materials, manage suppliers, and ensure compliance with
UL/FM-approved systems
.
Maintain accurate
documentation, submittals, and HSE compliance
for projects.
Achieve monthly and quarterly
sales targets
.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in
Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
.
Minimum
5 years of experience
in fire stopping / passive fire protection.
Strong knowledge of
Civil Defence approval processes
.
Proven experience in
tendering, documentation, and technical submittals
.
Excellent communication and client handling skills.
Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
Preferred Skills
Existing network with
consultants, main contractors, and ADNOC/Civil Defence projects
.
Knowledge of
HSE documentation
(RAMS, MSDS, PPE compliance).
Strong negotiation and business development skills.
