We are currently recruiting Sales Engineers for a leading provider of advanced drilling technologies and downhole solutions in the UAE. This role is ideal for candidates with a technical background in engineering and a strong drive for sales and business development within the energy sector.
Key Responsibilities:
xc2xb7 Promote and sell PDC drill bits and downhole tools to clients within the UAE market
xc2xb7 Identify client needs and propose tailored technical solutions based on drilling requirements
xc2xb7 Provide application engineering support, including technical presentations and product demonstrations
xc2xb7 Build and maintain strong relationships with drilling contractors, operators, and service companies
xc2xb7 Collaborate with field and technical teams to ensure optimal product performance and customer satisfaction
xc2xb7 Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
xc2xb7 Prepare and deliver reports, sales forecasts, and account updates to the leadership team
Requirements
xc2xb7 Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Petroleum Engineering
xc2xb7 2 to 3 years of experience in PDC drill bits, downhole tools, or drilling operations
xc2xb7 Prior field engineering or technical sales experience is highly preferred
xc2xb7 Strong knowledge of the UAE energy market and client landscape
xc2xb7 Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
xc2xb7 Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
