Job Overview



Our client is seeking a highly qualified

Senior Sales Engineer

with 10-15 years of experience in selling oil & gas mechanical equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of

ball valves, wellhead components, and related equipment

, along with proven experience working with major clients such as

Saudi Aramco, SABIC, EPC contractors, and service companies

.

The candidate must also be capable of performing

accurate cost estimations

for the mentioned products, including materials, manufacturing processes, testing, certifications, and delivery costs.

Key Responsibilities



Develop and execute sales strategies for oil & gas mechanical equipment. Manage and grow key client accounts, including Saudi Aramco, SABIC, EPC contractors, and service companies. Prepare technical proposals, commercial quotations, and detailed cost estimations for ball valves, wellhead components, and pressure control systems. Provide technical support to clients regarding product specifications, applications, and performance. Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with clients and suppliers. Attend client meetings, industry events, and trade shows to maintain relationships and explore new business opportunities. Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and production teams to ensure customer requirements are met. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and market developments.

Requirements



Bachelor's degree in

Mechanical Engineering

or

Petroleum Engineering

. 10-15 years of sales experience within the

oil & gas equipment sector

. Strong technical expertise in

ball valves, wellhead components, and pressure control systems

. Proven ability to

prepare technical proposals and accurate cost estimations

. Successful track record in

securing high-value contracts

. Excellent

communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

. Ability to

travel frequently

for client visits and industry events.

Preferred Attributes



Experience working with

Aramco-approved suppliers

for ball valves. Strong commercial awareness and understanding of supply chain cost drivers. Ability to manage multiple projects and client accounts simultaneously.
