Sales Engineer – Interior/renovation Projects
Job Description
Industry: Interior Fit-out / Design & Build / Construction
Responsibilities:
Engage the client and understand project requirements from client and propose suitable technical solutions.
Conduct site visits and surveys to understand project scope and requirements.
Prepare and present detailed commercial offers, including cost estimates, timelines, and value-engineering options
Follow up on quotations and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with clients to ensure profitability.
Work closely with design and operations teams to ensure solutions offered are practical, feasible, and aligned with project capabilities.
Maintain CRM database with client information, sales pipeline, and follow-up activities.
Maintain sales records, pipeline reports, and revenue forecasts for management review.
Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies to stay competitive.
Requirements:-
Bachelor's degree in Engineering Civil, Architecture or Interior Design.
Minimum 4 years of proven experience in sales within the interior fit-out industry in the UAE.
Strong network within the construction and interior industry in Dubai.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
