AL WASIL HVAC SOLUTIONS is hiring a driven Sales Engineer to help secure HVAC, ducting, and electromechanical projects across the UAE. The ideal candidate must have 2-3 years of relevant sales experience in the UAE and strong existing connections within the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and secure new projects in HVAC, ducting, and MEP works
Use your industry contacts to target consultants, contractors, and facility clients
Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and LPOs
Close deals and coordinate smooth project handover to operations
Maintain and grow long-term client relationships
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years of proven UAE experience in HVAC/MEP project sales
Must have strong existing connections in the construction and contracting industry
Good understanding of HVAC systems, VRF, ducting, and electromechanical work
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
UAE driving license preferred
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Salary & Benefits:
Basic Salary: AED 3,000/month
Commission: Good commission structure based on project value
