The Sales Engineer \xe2\x80\x93 Controls will be reporting directly to the Associate Sales Director, Service - Controls & Security. As part of a growing team, you will be responsible for delivering a sales target in Dubai and Northern Emirates across the Controls & BMS portfolio.
You will be concentrated on selling Life Cycle Management solutions: Systems Upgrades, Replacement, Retrofits, Controls Optimization Solution and Annual Maintenance Contracts., growing our attached rate and retaining our Client base and strengthen the relations with your accounts. As a member of this team, you will work within a vibrant environment that provides a platform for you to use your experience to generate new business.
How you will do it
As a Sales Engineer you will chase, qualify and close new sales opportunities by creating the value proposition of your solution to address your Client\xe2\x80\x99s problems. You\xe2\x80\x99ll demonstrate your expertise by differentiating Johnson Controls, leveraging your market understanding of our competitor\xe2\x80\x99s strategies, products and services.
You are focused to seek and develop long term customer relationships, and self-motivated to drive your accounts growth. You\xe2\x80\x99re determined and consistent in your approach to work, managing multiple priorities simultaneously because of your excellent planning, and time management skills.
What we look for
Required
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Electronics / instrumentation
Minimum of 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in BMS and Controls sales
Experience in designing and reviewing technical solutions and advise customers on technical approach
Proven track record of achieving sales within the UAE market
Determined, results driven, strong sales drive
Fluent language skills in English
UAE driving license is must
Preferred
Experience in Service sales in controls is preferred
Knowledge about Controls Optimization and Energy Solutions
