Description
Aftermarket Sales Engineer-HVAC Generating enquiries for AMC of HVAC equipment's & booking retrofit jobs, planning, execution, handing over & payment collections.
- Attend service calls, installation of systems, testing & commissioning.
- Scheduling of PPM monitor the execution of PPM activities for HVAC equipment.
- Keep records and makes Daily/ Monthly reports of work accomplished and materials
Taking proactive steps on future projects, with regular updates on the stages of the project and which consultant, main contractor and mechanical contractor get awarded. Utilizes develops specialized functional expertise of the engineering team- distributor. Achieve sales booking, invoicing, and margin target.
Review enquiries and guide application team in making quotations & submittals. Report all the visits, spec-in, project details, and activities in CRM.
Expertise in A/C Equipment Sales with Extensive knowledge of HVAC products-chillers- Airside & FAHU/AHU, FCU, Unitary-Dx, Package, VRF system and technical components.

- Preparation and submission of all the necessary reports as per timelines.
- Responsible for establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with area staff and with management.
- Review BOQ and advice Sales on recommended products.
- Prepare and maintain Technical Data Sheet and Method Statement of all the products.
- Pre -Inspection of new sites for installation of equipment's.
- Monitor the Project progress on regular basis.
- Ensure necessary steps are taken for rectification and bringing the job back on track.
