Experience Required: Minimum 3 years (UAE market)
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Engineer with a strong Civil Engineering background to join our growing team in the UAE. The successful candidate will possess solid experience in the construction sector, with a particular focus on construction materials used in structural elements and concrete applications and will demonstrate both technical competence and commercial acumen.
Key Responsibilities
Promote, market, and sell construction materials and engineering solutions related to structural systems and concrete works.
Establish, develop, and maintain long-term relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and key project stakeholders.
Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities across the UAE construction market.
Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals in close coordination with internal technical teams.
Conduct regular site visits, client meetings, and technical presentations.
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets while contributing to overall business growth.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and active project pipelines within the UAE.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in the UAE, preferably within construction materials.
Strong technical knowledge of structural elements, concrete systems, and related building materials.
Thorough understanding of sales processes, tendering procedures, and client engagement in the UAE construction industry.
Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Highly self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
Professional Skills
Proven experience dealing with consultants, contractors, project managers, procurement teams, architects, and structural engineers.
Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
Strong commercial awareness combined with a technical sales mindset.
