PURPOSE OF POSITION:



The purpose of this position is to promote and sell garage repair and maintenance services, generate new business opportunities, and maintain strong client relationships.

The role will focus on acquiring Corporate Clients (Fleet companies, Rent-a-car, Logistics & Transport companies) and ensuring consistent revenue growth.

This role requires daily field visits, proposal follow-ups, quotation negotiations, and close coordination with the workshop team to ensure high-quality service delivery.

QUALIFICATIONS:



Mandatory: Valid UAE Driving License (daily client visits required). Minimum 1-2 years experience in Automobile Garage / Workshop / Spare Parts / Fleet Maintenance Sales. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Knowledge of automotive repair, servicing procedures, and pricing. Ability to generate new clients and maintain existing accounts. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Must be self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.

DIMENSIONS OF POSITION:



Generate new business and improve workshop sales revenue. Establish and maintain long-term relationships with Corporate Clients. Conduct regular field / market visits to meet customers and present service offerings. Prepare quotations and negotiate pricing to close deals. Coordinate with workshop team to ensure timely and satisfactory service. Maintain reports on sales performance, client feedback, and pipeline status. Achieve monthly sales targets set by management.
Potential Areas of Accountability:

Sales & Business Development:



Identify and target

Corporate Clients

(Fleet, Rent-a-car, Transport companies, etc.). Conduct client visits, prepare proposals, and negotiate terms. Follow up on quotations and convert inquiries into confirmed business. Maintain a strong database of leads and customer visit logs.

Customer Relationship & Follow-Up:



Ensure high customer satisfaction and handle customer queries professionally. Coordinate vehicle pick-up / drop scheduling when required. Ensure timely delivery of completed jobs and feedback follow-up.

Reporting & Coordination:



Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports. Update management on performance achievements and market developments. Work closely with workshop team to ensure smooth operational flow.

Leadership / Team Skills:



Must be able to influence workshop and service advisors to ensure customer commitments are met.

PHYSICAL EFFORTS



Regular field visits to customer sites, fleet yards, and external locations. Must be able to work in workshop environment during coordination and inspection. outdoor visits in industrial areas and garages.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
