Battmobile is looking for an energetic and goal-oriented
Sales & Business Development Executive
to drive both corporate (B2B) and retail (B2C) growth across the UAE. This role combines strategic partnership development with on-ground sales execution -- ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities, and converting leads into long-term customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across both B2B and B2C channels.
Build and manage relationships with corporate clients, fleet operators, and business partners.
Generate and convert retail leads through direct sales, marketing campaigns, and referrals.
Conduct regular market research to identify potential clients, competitors, and industry trends.
Develop and present customized proposals and partnership solutions.
Achieve monthly sales and business growth targets.
Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery.
Maintain accurate sales records, pipelines, and reports using CRM tools.
Requirements:
Proven experience in
Sales or Business Development
, ideally within the automotive, logistics, or service industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated with a strong drive to exceed targets.
UAE driving license is an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
