Job Summary

We are looking for a

Sales & Distribution Manager

with a strong background in

food product sales, distribution management, and team leadership

The successful candidate will oversee all sales and distribution activities, ensuring efficient delivery, market growth, and client satisfaction across

retail and HORECA channels

This role requires a combination of strategic planning, people management, and hands-on market engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the

sales and distribution operations

for food products across

supermarkets, hypermarkets, restaurants, and the HORECA market

. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue and market share objectives. Supervise, train, and motivate a team of sales specialists and distribution staff. Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail and HORECA clients. Oversee logistics coordination and ensure efficient delivery and stock availability. Negotiate commercial agreements, trade terms, and partnerships with buyers and procurement managers. Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform business strategy. Analyze sales performance metrics and prepare periodic management reports. Collaborate closely with procurement, marketing, and finance departments to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 7-10 years of experience

in

food sales and distribution

, including

at least 3 years in a managerial role

. Strong knowledge of

supermarket / hypermarket sales channels

,

HORECA

, and

B2B food distribution

. Proven success in developing and managing sales teams. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Deep understanding of the food trade market, logistics, and distribution processes. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regionally.]
