We are seeking a results-driven Sales & Distribution Manager to lead the company's commercial expansion across the GCC, and international markets.

Role Overview
The Sales & Distribution Manager will work on the commercial growth across local retail, export distribution for the brands.

Key Responsibilities
1. Retail & Local Market

Identify, negotiate, and onboard retail and concept store partners in the UAE and GCC. Build strong trade relationships to drive visibility, staff training, and sell-out performance. Lead corporate and gifting partnerships to grow consistent B2B business. 2. Distribution & Export Develop the company's export network by appointing strategic distributors globally. Manage compliance, pricing, and commercial documentation.
3. Commercial Strategy & Reporting4. Marketing Collaborations

Create and execute quarterly sales and expansion plans. Provide market insights, competitor tracking, and pricing recommendations. Report monthly performance with clear revenue, margin, and growth updates. Identify and support brand collaboration opportunities. Align with Marketing team to ensure collaboration success both commercially and creatively.Key KPIs Achieve quarterly sales targets (local + export). Secure 10-12 new partnerships/distributors annually. Increase sell-out by 35% YoY. Maintain margin and pricing consistency across markets. Lead or support 5+ collaboration launches per year.
What We're Looking For

8-15 years in fragrance or luxury retail/distribution (mandatory). Proven experience managing B2B and B2C sales channels. Strong GCC network and understanding of regional fragrance retail. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and fluent in English (Arabic/French a plus). CompensationAED 8,000-9,000/month + sales-based incentive structure.

Eligibility Clauses - Do Not Apply If: You do not have fragrance or luxury industry experience. You have never managed distributors, retail, or export markets. You do not currently reside in the UAE. You cannot demonstrate revenue-driven performance from previous roles.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
