Role Purpose:
Reporting to the C-suite, the Sales & Distribution Manager, UAE, will manage key relationships with large retailers and increase the sales of product,
Key Responsibilities:
  • Experience to be considered for this opportunity it is essential that you have previous experience in a similar role with a track record of successfully meeting sales and distribution targets across a portfolio of customer accounts.
  • Manage your time effectively to achieve 25 retail customer visits per week plus 5 prospect visits per week as a minimum Administration of customer accounts Follow a structured approach to the sales and distribution process (including full understanding of current customer record card & sales history)
  • Manage all customer interaction in the field including business development, administration and all aspects of outstanding sales support.
  • Recognize opportunities to grow customer value using gap analysis report.
  • Develop a prospect plan that details current opportunities within the area Make effective use of all marketing support materials.
  • To provide insights and analysis on local market trends in the UAE,
  • To identify new opportunities and ensure our sales as per target with UAE retailers.
  • In your new role, you will be responsible for identifying new customer opportunities within UAE sales territory and developing the existing customer base by delivering first class customer service.
  • You\xe2\x80\x99ll work to achieve the agreed sales and distribution targets, profit and business goals by managing retail.
  • Conduct regular stock audits Maintain current record of distribution for all accounts
  • Respond to and deal with any customer issues within 24 hours
  • You must also hold a full and valid UAE driving licence.
Skills / Knowledge:
You will be educated to bachelor or higher degree.
You will be competent in odoo and all Microsoft Office packages and you will have a high level of numeracy, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Must have B2B sales and distribution experience.
