Role Overview: Sales Director - Secondary Market

We are seeking an experienced and driven

Sales Director

to lead our secondary market division. This is a strategic leadership role where you will oversee the sales team, drive performance, and implement business plans that boost revenue and market share in the Dubai resale and leasing market.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the secondary market sales team to meet targets Develop and execute sales strategies to grow market presence Provide mentorship, coaching, and performance feedback to consultants Maintain high-level relationships with clients, developers, and key stakeholders Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to stay competitive Ensure compliance with RERA and all regulatory requirements Conduct regular reporting and analysis of team KPIs and sales activities

What We're Looking For

Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate sales, with a strong focus on the Dubai secondary market Proven leadership and team management skills Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship abilities Deep understanding of Dubai's property regulations and transaction processes Strong organizational, analytical, and strategic planning skills RERA certification is preferred
