About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented

Sales Director

to lead our sales operations and drive business growth. This senior leadership position is ideal for a motivated individual with a

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with overall business objectives. Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets. Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, investors, brokers, and key stakeholders. Identify new market opportunities and initiatives to expand the company's footprint locally and internationally. Oversee the entire sales process--from lead generation and prospecting to negotiations and deal closures. Collaborate with Marketing, CRM, and senior leadership to ensure a unified approach to business development. Represent the company at major industry events, exhibitions, and executive-level meetings. Monitor market trends, analyze competitor activities, and gather customer insights to refine sales strategies. Ensure adherence to company policies, internal controls, and relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

Proven experience as a

Sales Director

or

Senior Sales Manager

within the

real estate development

industry. Established network of investors, clients, and brokers across local and international markets. Demonstrated success in leading sales teams and delivering revenue growth. Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Strategic mindset with a hands-on, execution-driven approach. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field;

MBA is a plus

. Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
