Job Summary:



We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven

Sales Director

to lead and expand our sales operations in the

perfume industry

. This role is responsible for defining and implementing strategic sales plans, managing key accounts, leading the sales team, and driving revenue growth across domestic and international markets. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in B2B/B2C fragrance sales, deep industry knowledge, and a track record of achieving ambitious sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business growth and market expansion targets. Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to meet performance goals and KPIs. Identify new business opportunities in retail, distribution, and private label sectors (local and international). Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retail partners. Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer needs to refine strategies and improve performance. Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and operations to align sales strategies with overall company goals. Attend industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to represent the brand and generate leads. Provide accurate forecasting and regular reporting to senior management. Negotiate contracts and pricing strategies with major clients and partners. Monitor competitor activity and recommend counter-strategies.

Requirements:



Minimum

7 years of experience in sales

, with at least

3 years in a leadership role

in the

perfume, fragrance, or cosmetics industry

. Strong understanding of

global fragrance markets, distribution channels, and consumer trends

. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong business acumen and negotiation capabilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative, and product-driven environment. Proficient in CRM and sales analytics tools. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
