DoveHero is building the next-generation, AI-powered CRM designed for modern, fast moving teams. We streamline how businesses capture leads, manage pipelines, automate workflows, and scale intelligent customer engagement.

We're currently focused on Real Estate CRM for Dubai as our launch vertical, our first step toward becoming a globally adaptable, vertical-first CRM platform.

As an early member of our sales team, you will play a foundational role in defining how DoveHero grows.

The Opportunity



We are seeking a confident and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to lead outbound prospecting and early-stage conversations. More than just booking meetings, this role is crucial to validating the market, shaping our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), and fueling DoveHero's early growth milestones.

Responsibilities



Strategic Prospecting & Opportunity Generation:



Proactively identify, research, and qualify potential leads within our ICPs using various channels, including but not limited to email, phone, and LinkedIn. Initiate and nurture meaningful conversations with decision-makers and influencers. Qualify prospects based on needs, pain points, and fit with DoveHero. Consistently schedule high-quality meetings/demos for the Business Development Team. Build and nurture your own top-of-funnel pipeline.

Intelligence Gathering & ICP Refinement



Capture insights from calls and conversations to help refine ICP definitions, Buying triggers, Pain points, Objections, Market patterns and other factors that can heavily influence our strategies. Provide continuous feedback to BD, Product, and Marketing to improve messaging, positioning, and targeting. Identify emerging trends in the UAE real estate ecosystem, PropTech space, CRM market, and AI ecosystems.

Outreach Strategy & Optimization:



Test and optimize outreach scripts, value propositions, and outreach sequences. Provide feedback to Marketing on the relevance and quality of inbound leads, content performance, and campaign resonance. Collaborate with BD on ABM approach for priority accounts. Track KPIs and proactively propose improvements to enhance funnel and workflow.

CRM Excellence & Market Intelligence:



Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions, communications, and follow-ups within our CRM system. Follow structured workflows for prospect handling, lead qualification, and meeting handoff. Support leadership by providing data driven insights into outbound performance and market response.

Requirements



Has 2-3 years of experience in B2B SaaS, tech, or outbound-driven environment in the UAE (Required). Has 3-4 years of proven experience in an outbound sale, lead generation, or Sales Development Representative (SDR) roles.

Only UAE based candidates will be considered for this role.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English. Professional, confident phone manner and polished personal presentation. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a disciplined approach to time management. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment. Self-starter mindset with high ownership and initiative.

Nice To Have



Track record of consistently exceeding lead generation or meeting setting quotas. Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.). Familiarity with local UAE CRM systems is a strong advantage. Familiarity with the UAE Real Estate and/or PropTech sectors. Existing network of contacts in Dubai Real Estate Industry Proficiencies with Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite (GSuite) Experience working at a high-growth SaaS company or startup environment
