The Role
We're looking for a hunter-minded Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive Sparta's growth across the region. You'll be on the front lines of our go-to-market strategy, opening doors and sparking conversations with senior traders, analysts, and decision-makers at oil trading firms, NOCs, IOCs, and financial institutions.
This role is about relentless prospecting, sharp research, and tailored outreach that generates real pipeline. If you're motivated by targets and energized by breaking into new accounts, you'll thrive here.
Although we work flexibly, we'd expect this role to work from our Dubai office 3+ days per week and spend time with the team.
