Sales Development Representative

Key Responsibilities

Conduct

outbound cold calls

using verified databases and industry directories

Qualify leads

and schedule appointments for the Business Development team Deliver clear, persuasive pitches using pre-defined scripts and product knowledge Ask relevant, targeted questions to uncover client needs and challenges Present tailored solutions aligned with client goals and project requirements Accurately log call details, leads, and follow-ups Handle objections professionally and provide exceptional pre-sales support

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in

telesales, outbound calling

, or inside sales Experience in signage, printing, or advertising is a strong advantage Goal-oriented with a passion for customer engagement and conversion Prior experience in a call center or high-volume sales environment preferred Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) UAE-based freshers with 1-2years of overseas sales experience are welcome Detail-oriented, organized, and persistent in lead follow-up Immediate availability is highly preferred
