With over 18 years of delivering exceptional signage, kiosks, exhibition booths, and custom display stands, we're growing fast--and we're looking for a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to be a key player in our expansion journey.

Your Role: What You'll Be Doing

Make outbound calls using verified lead databases and directories Qualify leads and book appointments for the Business Development team Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and pricing using proven scripts Ask smart, strategic questions to uncover client needs and project specifics Propose customized solutions aligned with client goals Keep detailed records of all calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM systems Address objections professionally and support the pre-sales process

Who You Are: What We're Looking For

Demonstrated success in telesales, outbound calling, or inside sales Background in signage, printing, or advertising is a strong advantage Motivated, results-oriented, and passionate about client engagement Experience in high-volume call or sales environments is preferred Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word); CRM experience is a plus UAE-based with 3-5 years of international sales experience Detail-focused, professional, and persistent in lead follow-up
