Tecswan is in need of resourceful Sales Development Representative to develop and implement growth opportunities in existing and new markets. We're searching for freshers/professionals that have a solid track record of creating long-term value for organizations.
Key Responsibilities - Sales Development Representative
Lead Generation & Prospecting
: Proactively identify and qualify potential leads through direct outreach, networking, referrals, and online research, with a focus on promoting management education programs.
Client Engagement
: Initiate and maintain meaningful conversations with prospects to understand their needs, share relevant program information, and nurture them through the sales funnel.
Sales Outreach
: Execute targeted outreach campaigns via calls, emails, and social media to generate interest and set up meetings or demos for the Business Development team.
Pipeline Management:
Maintain and organize a healthy pipeline of qualified leads using CRM tools, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate tracking of interactions.
Market Awareness:
Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to continuously refine messaging and outreach strategies.
Collaboration
: Work closely with the Business Development, Marketing, and Admissions teams to align outreach efforts and ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.
Performance Tracking:
Meet or exceed weekly/monthly KPIs related to outreach volume, lead qualification, and conversion rates.
Presentation Support
: Assist in preparing and customizing proposals and presentations that resonate with prospective clients' interests and goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelors/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
1-2 years of proven experience in business development or sales (preferably in education or training).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to develop and nurture long-term client partnerships.
Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Highly self-motivated and able to work independently.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office applications.
Willingness to travel locally as required.
