About The Role
What You'll Be Doing
Market Research:
Deep dive into our clients' industries and target markets.
Prospecting:
Reach out to potential clients via cold calls, LinkedIn, and email.
Lead Qualification:
Identify and qualify high-potential leads using the BANT framework.
Appointment Setting:
Secure meetings between our clients and key decision-makers.
Relationship Management:
Maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups.
What We're Looking For
1+ year experience in sales, business development, recruitment, or lead generation (comfortable with outbound calls).
Familiarity with the Dubai/Middle East market (minimum 1 year of local experience).
A go-getter attitude, driven, ambitious, and eager to grow.
Top-notch communication skills, clear, persuasive, and engaging.
