Freelance SDR (Part-Time, Remote -- MENA) 100% REMOTE IN MENA, NO ONSITE REQUIRED
We're hiring experienced, part-time Freelance Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to grow BEBA, a next-generation enterprise productivity platform that helps companies save 2+ hours per employee per day by unifying communication, scheduling, reporting, and automation into one intelligent workspace.
This is a remote, flexible contractor role (10-20 hours weekly) for proven SDRs who want independence, high earnings, and the ability to sell in premium MENA markets.
What You'll Do
Identify and research potential business clients across MENA only
(Bahrain, Qatar, Oman, UAE, KSA, Lebanon, Jordan, Egypt)
Contact decision-makers via email, LinkedIn, calls, or your preferred channels
Book qualified meetings directly for our founder and sales team
Explain clearly how BEBA our AI Command Center improves operations and reduces software costs
Work entirely on your own schedule the role is 100% performance-driven
Compensation (EUR)
Base Salary with required minimums or Per Qualified Meeting EUR25-EUR50 per qualified meeting (paid weekly)
Commission
25% commission on every closed deal you source
Paid quarterly when the client pays
10% commission on all renewals after the first year
Example Earnings (EUR)
Most clients begin on our Pro Plan (EUR80 per user/month) with 5-10 seats annually.
Example:
EUR80 x 5 seats x 12 months = EUR4,800/year
Your commission at 25% = $1,200 per deal
Your 25% commission will be calculated based on the final contract value, converted to EURO at the time the client pays.
Qualified Meeting Definition (Strict)
To protect quality, a meeting counts as qualified only if:
It is with a decision-maker (CEO, COO, HR/Operations Director, or Owner)
The company has 25+ employees
The prospect understands what BEBA is and wants a demo
The prospect has a real operational pain point or need to streamline systems
No-shows or irrelevant leads do not count and will not get payouts.
Path to Full-Time
Top performers can grow into a EUR2,000-EUR3,000/month full-time SDR or AE role, with potential stock options and benefits.
